Four piece indie rock outfit Sad Hour are excited to release their newest single in 'Nine Paces', an energetic and upbeat track. Fronted by Englishman Sean Moring, with Greta Andrew-Taylors on bass, Corry Dyball on guitar and Callum O’Meagher on drums, Sad Hour have been rocking venues all over Perth for the last few years. After releasing their debut self titled EP 'Sad Hour' in 2018, the band has spent the past two years working on their songwriting and studio skills and are eager to share their new material with the world.
Perth’s electronic queen BEXX has been a force on the scene since she started performing. A graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, BEXX makes good use of the knowledge picked up in her degree in Performance Making to bring a superb live show each and every time she performs. The latest launch for her two debut singles 'Hold Tight' and 'Burn It Down' was also the debut of her full band lineup, starting with Bec Price herself as the producer and lead vocalist, Ethan Darnell (Tired Lion) on drums, Ruby May and Sinead O’Hara (Flossy) on backing vocals, and Amaya Courtis (local producer) on synth for a big party vibe on stage.
Hardcore band Ratking have released another EP, adding another fingerprint to the ever expanding universe of heavy rock right here in Perth, mixing together a combination of punk rock, metal and thrash in a signature way. This Saturday (October 3rd) at Lucy’s Love Shack they will celebrate the release with local supports - Pot Plant House Party, Freak Vibe and Crosscheck.
