Exploring hope in the face of darkness, Sky Cave’s genuine empathy and nuanced approach is piercingly personal, yet comforting as they provide a well needed voice of compassion after the last couple of years. ​

"This song is about being there for each other through chaotic times. It was based around the theme of the feeling individuals can experience when the world and their surroundings become too much for them to handle. Sometimes all it can take is one person’s support to change your whole mindset’’ Sky Cave.

Traversing genres, versatility as musicians stands at the forefront of their artistry. Speaking of this collaborative approach lead guitarist Lachlan McRobert  says “Sky Cave is a collective idea, formed from equal parts of all the brains involved – which is a process that has been a foundation since the band started. I love the fact that we have this kinda Blues, Psychedelic, Rock, Metal, Pop sandwich – I really wouldn’t have it any other way”

Recorded, mixed and mastered by multi-award winning singer songwriter Nathan Gaunt from Central Studios. The resulting mix is speckled with smatterings of synths and high production value that elevates this track into an expansive listen. 

Accompanying this is a music video exploring the importance of hope in the face of isolation and depression. Filmed, directed and edited by Joseph Varley (Make Them Suffer) Varley adds a high level of refinement which makes it a visually rich and engrossing watch.
