RATKING HAVE RELEASED A SPICY NEW EP ‘ALL BITE’ WITH A MASSIVE LAUNCH THIS WEEKEND TO CELEBRATE9/30/2020
Hardcore band Ratking have released another EP, adding another fingerprint to the ever expanding universe of heavy rock right here in Perth, mixing together a combination of punk rock, metal and thrash in a signature way. This Saturday (October 3rd) at Lucy’s Love Shack they will celebrate the release with local supports - Pot Plant House Party, Freak Vibe and Crosscheck.
Ratking have toured across the globe, making stops in Indonesia, Japan, Korea and the US where they tore the roof off SXSW. Early this year the band covered Offsprings classic track ‘Come Out And Play’ which was aired on Triple Js weekly metal segment, ‘Short. Fast. Loud’. Their singles ‘No Justice’ and ‘National Anthem Redux’ followed which was the first peek into what they had in store for us with their latest EP ‘All Bite’. Both tracks featured on ‘Short. Fast. Loud’, with ‘No Justice’ also getting aired during ‘Home and Hosed’, gaining some serious attention and excitement from the Jays.
From 2013’s debut EP ‘Wastelander’, to 2014’s debut Album ‘Commonwealth’, 2018’s ‘SERF’ EP and now 2020’s EP ‘All Bite’ (with multiple single and video releases in between) each release from these guys has marked the journey and success as artists and performers. Celebrating their latest release this Saturday (more details here) it's going to be a hard one to miss if you love letting your hair down and surfing some crowds. Check out the latest EP ‘All Bite’ below, or on your favourite streaming platform.
