Helena. have released a brand new track that oozes a nostalgic sound for those lovers of the naughties punk-rock era. 'Happening To Me' is the perfect mix of pop, punk and rock with moments to dance to and anthem sing-a-long lyrics.

Growing up in the Perth hills, the Helena. boys bonded over their love for all things rock music and the outdoors. Formed in early 2021 Helena. started playing shows around Perth and built a reputation for energetic and engaging live shows.

Following their debut single ‘Explain Myself’ last year, the harmonic rock lads from the Perth hills, Helena. are finally releasing a crowd favourite. Diving deep into the idea that everyone is own their own journey and no two experiences are the same. 'Happening to Me' is a rock anthem that you’ll be screaming at the top of your lungs in your car on the way home from a tough day at work.

The track follows catchy guitar patterns, large drops you can't help but rock out to and captivating lyrics featuring the beloved Australian accent. It is hard not to love this song as it takes us back to classic punk-rock from Blink-182 and modern takes like Smith Street Band. I can only imagine the show Helena. would put on live and can imagine the energy in the room for tracks like this release.
