Right off the bat you will love the intro to this song (insane snare!), the opening of this track is iluring and deceptive but dig a little deeper and you will find a diva bringing a huge amount of soul. Smashing it out of the park with this fresh new tune Perth and the rest of Australia has been screaming for.

Elwyn has just returned from a hugely successful stint in California, teaching at Girls Rock in which she was a founding member in Perth, Western Australia. Whilst in the US, Elwyn recorded in Los Angeles and played three sold out shows leaving the American audiences wanting more, now she has made the long haul back to home soil in support of her new single and hopefully tear apart a few stages too!

It is obvious Elwyn has put quite an amount of energy on the production of this track, besides the high production level of this piece digging deeper you will discover funky guitar licks with a punchy driving percussion line, backing the song up with full cymbals and hats, next the sexy sax that totally works on this track and the powerful lyrical hook “never gonna bring me down” that makes you feel ten feet tall.
